Xmas O down under, part 1

In downtown Sydney the last Summer Series event before Christmas was held at Chowder Bay in Mosman on December 21st.

Our roving reporter was glad to find the event, which was a 45 minute Score event, with different points scored at different controls. There was also a line course for newcomers.

About 180 people took part; only a few visited all the controls within the time limit. This was a well planned event so most people only visited some of the controls and many exceeded the time limit.

WREKIN was the only non-Australian club and our single representative was distracted by the views and a large lizard. He sent us the attached photographs, in one there is a control visible -Tower, east side. In the other the control is Southern Building, South side. Both with views of Sydney Harbour. See if you spot them on the map… there may be prizes.

Further reports will follow as our correspondent takes on more events in the outback next week. It is definitely not Choc-O.
